Returns are allowed only for the following reasons:
• Damaged product on delivery.
• Different product received (wrong item).
• Missing part(s) from the product. -
All return requests must include clear photos and an uncut, unedited unboxing video at the time of submission showing the issue.

Required Evidence

Attach clear photos showing the damage, wrong item, or missing parts.

An uncut, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests and must clearly show the product condition and packaging when opened.

Product Condition for Return

Returned items must be the same product as originally shipped, unused, unworn, and with original packaging and parts intact.

If the returned product differs from the original (altered, worn, or missing parts), no refund will be issued.

Return Pickup & Shipping

To initiate a return, please submit a return request. After the return is confirmed, we will provide the warehouse address and any shipping instructions. Customers must ship the item to the provided address. If assistance is required during the return, please contact us.

Inspection & Refund Timing

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is delivered to our address and passes our inspection checks.

If the product passes all checks, the refund will be issued within 14 days of the product being delivered to us. refund will be issued to same payment method you used to order, for COD order we will contact you for further refund process.

Refund Denial

If the returned product fails inspection (not the same, worn, altered, or missing parts), the refund request will be denied and the item will be returned to the customer.
